Each piece is cold-smoked to order using repurposed whiskey barrels. No sugar, no nitrate salts — just pure, organic ingredients.

Each skin-on fillet slab weighs approximately 1.2–1.4kg before smoking, and is cut into 3 portions, individually vacuum-sealed for convenience.

Best enjoyed fresh within 3 days of delivery. Please keep chilled at all times. For longer storage, you may freeze the portions.
